Deterioro en las instalaciones y en el ascensor que baja al garaje
Deterioro en las habitaciones y solo funcionaba un ascensor (incluso un día ninguno), esto es insuficiente sobre todo cuando lo tienen que usar el personal de limpieza por las mañanas. Además, el que funciona no baja al garaje, que por cierto, si se cobra aunque en la fachada pone que es gratuito. Todo esto pese a los esfuerzos de todo el personal, muy profesional, que trató en todo momento de subsanar y paliar estas deficiencias del hotel, ayudando a bajar maletas e intentando satisfacer al cliente en cosas que no dependen de ellos, pues es responsabilidad de la empresa hotelera.
