What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Expérience très décevante dans cet hôtel

La chambre n’était pas faite ou à moitié… le sac poubelle de la salle de bain des anciens clients était en plein milieu de la chambre à terre, pas enlevé.. le bureau de la chambre avait des miettes et du chocolat dessus ainsi qu’un gobelet utilisé sur ce même bureau…finalement je suis allée le préciser à l’accueil, juste quelques excuses et c’est moi qui ai nettoyé avec une layette remise en main propre par la personne de l’accueil… enfin bref, pas de geste commercial de la part des hôteliers…
