Irresponsabilidad
Pagar para descansar, y encontrarte un colchón malísimo para lo que has pagado, reclamar y que te confirmen su error, te hace sentir engañado y infravalorado ya que no hicieron por dar un descuento o devolver parte de lo pagado, siendo suyo el error.

Buen hotel
Buen hotel, muy bien situado, las habitaciones familiares cómodas,muy limpio , y muy bonito...lo que si te toca justo en la rotonda mucho ruido de la carretera, es lo negativo de mi última estancia.

Recomendable
Hotel totalmente recomendable. Aún paso del Roig Arena, el Oceanografía, la Ciudad de las Artes y la Ciencia. Solo una pega, el baño no disponía de escobilla del Water. Volveremos.
