Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Betten Ok aber alles zu klein und alt

Weiß nicht wie es in anderen BuB Hotels zugeht, jedoch das BuB in Frankreich Valence brauche ich nicht nochmal. Nachmittags um 17:00 Uhr bereits kein Personal vor Ort. Nur eine lange Schlange vor dem Check In Computer, an dem sich keiner auskennt! Zimmer kleiner und ungemütlicher als eine Haftzelle. Zu zweit keine Chance aneinander vorbei zu laufen. Das Bett und 30cm drumherum.....das war es! Bad überall schwarze Ablagerungen um den Seifen Spendern herum. Frühstück Beginn 7:30 und um 7:30 waren die Eier und der Speck nicht lauwarm sondern kalt ! Keiner wischt mal den Tisch ab oder ähnliches. Ein Mann Betrieb der sich um alles alleine kümmern muß. Dieser war sehr Freundlich aber alleine komplett überfordert.
