Goede prijs kwaliteit, maar slechte communicatie.

Brandalarm ging af midden in de nacht. Iedereen naar buiten, maar vanuit hotel geen enkele communicatie. Toen alarm uitging wist niemand of het oké was weer naar binnen te gaan. Ook volgende ochtend bij ontbijt geen communicatie of excuus.

Attention! Parking lot Not safe!

Our caravan was stolen during the night from the hotel parking lot. Obviously was the gate not closed, or the thieves get help from the personal. No assistance through the hotel management.

    Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.
