Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Nous avons l'habitude de séjourner en BBHotel, celui-ci est légèrement diffèrent en terme d'agencement de chambres, mais les 2 hôteliers présents sur place, sont très accueillants , ils ont une patience d'ange. Ils ont géré un incident provoqué par un gamin ( fonctionnant en roue libre) avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. On recommande cet hôtel.

From Troyes : From the railway station, 5 km direction Paris/Provins by RN19, drive through La Chapelle Saint-Luc , at the last roundabout before the rocade (ringroad), turn right, turn right, after Novelia Cocelec.

From Paris by RN19 : Keep left after the shopping centre Géant Casino , at the first roundabout before the rocade (ringroad), turn left(behind Vial Menuiserie).

From Paris by A5 : exit N°20 Troyes, at the fourth roundabout, turn left, rocade (ringroad) direction Troyes exit 17*.

From Dijon : A5 towards Paris, exit 21 Troyes. Then drive 15 km on the rocade (ringroad) to the exit 17*.

From Auxerre by RN77 : at Ste Savine, direction Barberey Aéroport, exit 17*.

From Chaumont by RN 19: Take the rocade (ringroad) direction Troyes Barbery Aéroport, exit 17b.
