Ma première déception BB Hôtel Salon de provence !!!

1) J'ai réservé un séjour pour 2 et nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise à l'arrivé de voir le prix de notre séjour augmenté en payant sur place. 2) Le couloirs ou se trouvait notre chambre puait l'urine, ainsi que la chambre 3) Il y avait des excréments sur les murs des toilettes mais aussi côté lavabo (Heureusement que j'avais un nécessaire de nettoyage et de la javel dans mes affaires) 4) Le lit était une vrai horreur, le matelas plat posé sur une planche qui servait de sommier. Résultat des courses, chaque matin un réveil douloureux car nous avions le dos fracassé et du doliprane pour débuter la journée. A part ça le bateau à coulé tranquillement... 5) Le petit déj était excellent 2 employés sur les 4 que nous avons vu étaient très souriant et accueillant.

bonjour madame je pense que vous devez faire erreur .nous n avons pas de chambre numéros 3 a louer. de plus les chambres de 5 a 14 sont des chambre a deux lits et non des chambres a grand lit .d autre part pour quelqu un qui n est pas satisfait de sa chambre vous êtes rester plusieurs jours dans notre établissement .bizarrement vous n êtes pas venue a la réception signaler votre soucis ..

    Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Access Salon de Provence

From Marseille : A55 direction Lyon then join A7 direction Avignon/Lyon then A54 to Salon de Provence. Exit 15 Salon Centre-Pelissanne. After the tollbooth, at the first roundabout turn right at the second roundabout, keep straight and then at the third roundabout, turn right. Turn left before the road goes under the motorway.

From Montpellier : A9 direction Nimes/Marseille and join A54 direction Salon de Provence. Take exit 14 Salon de Provence. After the tollbooth, turn right at the roundabout. Continue on direction Pelissane. Go past the shopping centre, C.Cial Leclerc, Avenue June 18, 1940. At the next roundabout take the first right,and then the first left before passing under the motorway bridge. 

From Lyon: A7 direction Marseille. Join the A54 direction Arles / Montpellier and take exit 15. After the tollbooth, turn right at first roundabout, at the second roundabout continue straight. Then take the third right and turn left before crossing under the motorwayway.
