What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 6pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

La personne de l'accueil a très vite et bien réagi après le signalement d'un problème imprévu de plomberie dans la salle de bain en proposant une autre chambre. De plus, alors que nous n'avions pas commandé par avance les petits-déjeuners, elle n'a pas hésité à nous les confectionner le matin même. Donc accueil et service parfaits.

Hôtel insalubre

Hôtel insalubre malgré un changement de chambre à cause d'une odeur vraiment nauséabonde. Aucune propreté et équipements en très mauvais état. Taches partout sur les murs, moisissures, sol extrêmement sale on dirait que le ménage n'avait même pas été fait. Déplorable et inadmissible.
