B&B Zona Norte Experience
The hotel management and staff were approachable and met all of our needs. If we needed anything fixed or changed, they did so with quick efficiency. The hotel is near Norte Shopping and Nova America shopping so that was convenient and nice places to explore. The only inconvenience was traveling to the south zone because it was rather time consuming, even when you took the metro. It was nice to have access to drinks and snacks at the reception bureau, but the prices were much more expensive than necessary.

primeiro quarto que estávamos, estava extremamente sujo, areia no chão do quarto lençóis manchados, toalhas tão fina que parecia pano de chão, sem contar o problema que tivemos com ar-condicionado. E a falta de educação da responsável pela arrumação no oitavo andar, perguntamos para ela se o quarto 814 estava limpo já que a recepção nos informou que iríamos trocar de quarto, a mesma respondeu de forma grosseira que não estava limpo e que ela não iria arrumar pois iria da prioridade para as arrumações pois ele tinha mais de 4 folhas de relatório para fazer. Nós como clientes e hóspedes não queremos saber o motivo se o quarto vai ser limpo ou não, apenas pagamos por algo e recebemos outra coisa. tirando esses pontos negativo, o café do hotel é realmente maravilhoso vale super a pena pagar, equipe de recepção totalmente educada e sempre que tivemos algum problema tentaram nos ajudar.

Bom hotel, recomendo.
Notei uns detalhes que passou despercebido no hotel. Ex: não tinha toalhas de rosto/mãos, não tinha tapete de banheiro. Eu tive de pedir.
