Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Arrivé à 23h un dimanche soir, facilité pour récupérer la chambre à la borne. Grosse déception, chambre pas faite : poubelle pas vidée, serviettes et linges de lit pas changés donc obligé de dormir dans les draps du précédent occupant de la chambre. Nous avions essayé d'appeler le service 24/24 mais pas de réponse rapide donc abandon. Prise en compte de la réflexion par le gérant le lendemain avec linge de lit changé pour la 2eme nuit. Pas de proposition de geste commercial en dédommagement. Petit déjeuner de qualité.
