What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

A FUIRE ABSOLUMENT

Avis concernant B&B Hôtel Place Viarme Mon expérience dans cet hôtel a été extrêmement négative, tant sur le plan de l’hébergement que sur celui de la relation client. À mon arrivée, j’ai découvert une chambre manifestement mal préparée : lit à moitié fait, draps sales, poils visibles sous la couette, ainsi que des taches marron clairement visibles sur la couette, ce qui pose un sérieux problème d’hygiène. Malgré le fait que j’avais expressément demandé que personne n’entre dans la chambre et que le badge “Ne pas déranger” était en place, la chambre a été visitée en mon absence. Le radiateur, que j’avais éteint avant de sortir, était rallumé à mon retour, indiquant une intervention non autorisée. Cette situation m’a inquiété au point que j’ai cru, à tort, que certaines affaires personnelles avaient disparu. J’ai reconnu mon erreur, je m’en suis excusé immédiatement, et j’ai présenté mes excuses à la direction ainsi qu’au personnel. Malgré cela, la situation s’est dégradée. Les femmes de chambre ont affirmé que j’aurais volontairement sali les draps, accusation que je conteste formellement. Je ne vois ni l’intérêt ni la logique d’un tel comportement, et cette mise en cause injustifiée a contribué à rendre les échanges particulièrement tendus. La réaction de la chef réceptionniste a ensuite été disproportionnée. J’ai été accusé à tort d’agressivité, avec l’évocation d’un possible dépôt de plainte, alors que je suis resté calme, factuel et respectueux, rappelant simplement les manquements constatés, tout en réitérant mes excuses. Les échanges ont également dérivé vers des récits très personnels et totalement hors sujet, concernant notamment sa vie familiale, la carrière de sa fille, des problématiques professionnelles internes à de grandes entreprises, ainsi que des histoires d’usurpation d’identité. Ces éléments, qu’ils soient exacts ou non, n’avaient aucun lien avec ma réclamation et n’avaient pas leur place dans une relation client professionnelle. Enfin, les coordonnées de contact communiquées (numéro de téléphone et adresse e-mail) se sont révélées injoignables. J’ai tenté de joindre l’établissement à de nombreuses reprises entre 14h et 17h, sans qu’aucun appel ne soit pris.

Access Nantes Centre

From Brest/Vannes/Saint-Nazaire : Périphérique Nord (North ringroad), then exit 2, direction Sautron/Nantes Centre , drive through the commercial zone (ZAC). Drive straight on direction centre-ville *.

From Rennes : direction Nantes Centre, keep straight. At the Rennes roundabout, turn right, at the Vannes roundabout, then left, direction Hauts Pavés .

From Paris/Angers (A11) : Périphérique Nord direction Brest, exit Porte de Rennes. Direction Nantes centre. At the Rennes roundabout, turn right, at the Vannes roundabout, then left, direction Hauts Pavés .

From the airport/Bordeaux : Périphérique Ouest (West ringroad), direction Brest/Vannes/Saint-Nazaire , exit Porte de Sautron .
