Zufrieden nur ein negativer Punkt
Hotel ,Lage,Rezeption top .Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat leider nur warme Luft erzeugt trotz Einstellung auf höchster Stufe .Es war einfach zu warm im Zimmer zum schlafen.Von den Renovierungsarbeiten haben wir nichts bemerkt .Wir werden das Hotel na ch Abschluss der Umbauten sicher nochmal buchen .Mit einer hoffentlich funktionierenden Klimanlage .

Bekanntes Hotel, das von B&B übernommen wurde und aktuell renoviert wird. Wir haben in einem noch unrenovierten Zimmer übernachtet. Lage günstig für unsere Unternehmungen. Betten gut. Preis ist ok. Bin gespannt, wie die Zimmer nach der Renovierung aussehen.

ON THE GATES OF MUNICH
The B&B HOTEL München-Schwabing is in a perfect location — not right in the city center, but just outside of it, making it ideal for visiting Munich without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The area was pleasantly quiet, which made for a very relaxing stay. There’s currently some renovation work going on, but it didn’t really affect the experience. One of the highlights is the nearby English Garden — perfect for jogging or a peaceful walk. Just about 50 meters from the hotel, there’s an EDEKA supermarket where you can find everything you need. Another big plus: the Lufthansa airport bus stops right in front of the hotel — super convenient! Overall, a great location with easy access to the city and excellent local amenities. I’d definitely stay here again.

....alles total bestens, hotel mit ÖFFI schnell erreichbar, city in alle richtungen zu erkunden, zu FUß, BUS, ÖFFI, zimmer ruhig gelegen, zimmergröße nicht nur als single auch für zwei menschen ausreichend....

Tollen Aufenthalt gehabt.
Das Hotel war im Umbau (wurde bereits vor dem Aufenthalt angekündigt) und es war trotzdem kein Lärm oder große Verunreinigungen zu erkennen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und es war immer jemand ansprechbar! Check-in und Check-out war unkompliziert. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt!
