Séjour

Venu pour l’expo canine, je téléphone pour savoir comment réserver avec le code promo dû partenariat avec le club de race, la personne au téléphone me dit de réserver via internet pour que je puisses bénéficier de l’offre première réservation et de régler directement sur place pour que le code promo s’applique. Je fais donc la réservation par internet. Arriver sur place le samedi après midi on me dit que non ce n’est pas cumulable. J’ai été assez remonter parce que faut que vos employés sachent ce qu’ils disent au téléphone. Arriver en chambre les draps avait des taches de sang la déception est encore plus grande, heureusement le changement de draps a été proposer sauf que c’est quand même inadmissible de trouver des taches de sang sur les draps. Je suis moi même agent de propreté et dans notre métier on été senser se re contrôler

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel B&B à Moulins Avermes à l’occasion de la Nationale d’Elevage au Parc des Expositions. Nous étions avec nos 2 chiens car admis dans l’hôtel ce qui a facilité notre séjour et le personnel qui nous a accueillis a eu la gentillesse de nous transférer d’une chambre au 2eme à une autre en rez de chaussée, plus simple pour nos chiens également. De plus cet hôtel est tout neuf, tout était parfait. Nous recommandons et ne manquerons pas d’y revenir si l’occasion se présente à nouveau. Merci
