Bien, accessible

Agréablement surprise de voir qu'il y avait un distributeur de café et un micro-ondes à disposition.... contrarié de voir le distributeur HS:est ce pour que l'on paie le petit déj? J'étais surprise de voir que si j'étais arrivé dimanche ou en soirée, personne à l'accueil... en terme de sécurité ce n'est pas rassurant !

Nous sommes ravis de savoir que vous avez trouvé notre emplacement accessible et que vous avez apprécié la disponibilité d'équipements tels que la machine à café et le micro-ondes. Cependant, nous regrettons que le distributeur de café ait été hors service durant votre visite et non cela n'est bien évidemment pas fait exprès ce c'est pas l'équipe B&B qui ce charge des distributeurs c'est une société extérieur et malheureusement le distributeur à café à eu un petit disfonctionnement. De plus, nous comprenons vos préoccupations mais ne vous en faite pas il est normal que vous n'avez pas trouver de personnel en dehors des horaires d'ouverture de réception, nous avons une borne à disposition qui permet de récupérer les codes d'accès des chambres pour nos clients, sans ses codes aucun individu extérieur à l'hôtel ne peut entre celui est sécuriser, et nous évaluons continuellement nos politiques pour garantir la sécurité de nos clients. Bien dans l'ensemble

Séjour agréable, confort du couchage, calme dans les chambres. Parking plein. Petit déj un peu bousculé car une seule personne pour gérer l'ensemble des tâches et l'hôtel était plein donc pas mal d'attente et rupture de pas mal de produits.
