What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

J’ai été confronté à un sérieux problème. J’ai réservé 2 chambres pour une nuitée le 14/4 . J’ai appelé 2 fois la centrale et envoyé 2 mails pour m’assurer d’accéder à une heure tardive. On m’a communiqué 2 seul code d’accès pour les deux chambres. Arrivé à 4:00 du matin apres 26 h de route , on a pas pu accéder à l’une des chambres. Il n’y a aucune signalisation à la réception qu’il existe une sonnette de nuit . Conclusion ce fut un cauchemars ! Je suis scandalisé , rentré à bruxelles le lendemain et j’ai reçu les codes la soirée du 15/4 !

Bonjour Monsieur YALA, Nous vous remercions pour votre retour et regrettons sincèrement les désagréments rencontrés lors de votre arrivée tardive au B&B HOTEL Marseille Estaque. Notre gérant a bien eu l’occasion d’échanger avec vous afin de vous expliquer la situation. Pour rappel, il était personnellement disponible sur place dès 4h du matin afin d’apporter toute aide nécessaire. De plus, une borne automatique, accessible 24h/24 et clairement indiquée en façade, est à disposition pour gérer les arrivées à toute heure. Un agent de sécurité est également présent sur site en cas de besoin. Concernant les difficultés rencontrées avec la centrale de réservation, nous comprenons votre frustration, mais malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas intervenir directement sur ces problèmes techniques qui relèvent d’un service externe. Enfin, nous vous assurons que les éléments de signalisation (borne, accès, sonnette) étaient bien visibles à l'entrée. Nous sommes désolés que cela n’ait pas été clair dans le contexte difficile de votre arrivée. Nous espérons sincèrement avoir l'opportunité de vous accueillir à nouveau dans de meilleures conditions.
