What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

La rue n est pas sûre j ai vu des voleurs voler dans une voiture qui venait a peine de se garer pour séjourner à l’hôtel. Le coffre était plein ils m’ont fait beaucoup de peine. Pour un Quartier qui laisse à désirer le parking de cet hôtel rue de ruffi devrait être gratuit pour les clients car Il y a beaucoup de casse je vois le garantis. Il y a un réceptionniste qui s’adresse à nous comme si que nous étions des réceptionnistes aussi il crois que tout est évident à comprendre au niveau des réservations ou des dispo des chambres etc il ne se dit pas qu’il s adresse à des simple clients qui cherchent à comprendre pourquoi la chambre réservée n’a pas été retenue non en plus il nous prend de haut. Bref sinon le reste du personnel rien a dire ils sont super. Attention aux moustiques aussi!! Un conseil aux responsables, proposez à vos clients des place de parking car plus d un se sont fait vandaliser leurs voiture il n’y a pas pire au monde lorsque on voyage quelque part et encore pire quand on est en Famille….

Access Marseille Euromed

The hotel is located in the Euro-Mediterranean area, 350 m from Désirée Clary metro (M2) and 650 m from the Euro-Mediterranean Gantès Tram (T2).

Airport / A7: Follow Marseille. Exit Ports / Arenc / Gare Maritime. Join Bd Ferdinand de Lesseps, then continue on the Cazemajou instead. Turn left onto the road and continue on Cazemajou Street Ruffi.
