Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni presso questa struttura situata in una posizione strategica, camera grande e moderna, personale cordiale e disponibile. Inoltre, una cosa molto carina che abbiamo apprezzato, la colazione in un sacchetto fuori dalla porta con due bottigliette d’acqua e la saletta break molto fornita con caffè, tè, acqua, biscotti… aperta h 24.

Piacevole soggiorno in zona centralissima
L'hotel è in una posizione centralissima e si trova praticamente in piazza Puerta del Sol. Per cui si possono raggiungere le principali attrazioni a piedi e comunque la Metro si trova vicinissima all'hotel sia la stazione Sol che la stazione Gran Via. L'ambiente è tutto nuovo e funzionale e ho ritenuto comoda la sala comune in cui poter farsi un caffè o un tè a qualsiasi ora, certo la colazione (intesa come servizio al tavolo) manca, non c'è pane fresco nè colazione salata. Ci si può adattare oppure fare colazione fuori, a pochi passi ci sono tanti locali che servono colazioni e brunch. Personale cordiale e disponibile. lo consiglio!

Ottima posizione per visitare e soggiornare a Madrid
Posizione eccellente, vicino alla metro e a Plaza del Sol. Quindi logistica buona per girare. Molto positivo che serve il badge per entrare in reception hotel (quindi molto sicuro), ho apprezzato la presenza il 30 e 31 dicembre di una guardia all'accesso. Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e con vista buona sulla piazza. Peccato per la colazione, bastava fornire pane, marmellata, miele per avere un servizio globale più alto; non pretendo tutto a buffet nella sala comune, basterebbe anche metterlo nel sacchetto che ogni mattina trovavamo appeso alla porta con l'acqua e i muffins.

Molto soddisfatta
Bella esperienza questa del B&B hotel in zona centrale. In particolare ho apprezzato l'atmosfera della sala comune dove era possibile usufruire di caffetteria, bevande e frutta a qualsiasi ora in compagnia degli altri ospiti dell'hotel. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Confort nella magnifica Madrid ma disagi in Centro a Fine Anno
Soggiorno confortevole in zona molto centrale Disponibile service di bevande calde dolci e frutta gratuito h24. Disagi notevoli a fine anno (30 e 31 dicembre) perché accesso a Puerta del Sol è’ blindato dalla Polizia ed è’ disagevole anche rientrare in hotel (con carta permesso): hotel confortevole ma sconsigliato a Fine Anno
