Pas satisfait

Je séjourne régulièrement dans cette chaîne. Malheureusement la chambre n'était pas à l'hauteur de l'hôtel, ni celle que l'hotelière nous a proposé en échange. Passer d'une chambre grand lit a une simple 2 lits simples.. a cause de la fenêtre pas rénovée. Pas d'isolation phonique ni thermique sur la chambre de base. Il faisait froid et on entendait tout dehors. Heureusement que l'hotelière a été top, très gentille, pour compenser la mésaventure. Cet hôtel a probablement besoin d'un rafraîchissement.

    Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 6pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.
