What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

pas d'expérience,

Bjr, chambre payée mais en raison d'un problème de train, nous n'avons pas pu nous y rendre. Malgré un appel à 18h44 pour aviser l'hôtelier -et un passage sur place le 1er octobre à 15h00- et une demande orale de remboursement (check-in fait en raison d'une arrivée tardive prévue à 22h45), la prochaine fois j'utiliserai l'assistance 24/24, sans payer!! il n'a pas été fait droit à notre demande, et nous n'avons eu aucun retour malgré ce qui nous avait été dit .Or nous avons du payer une seconde chambre à Orléans.

Bon séjour, bien que déçu de ne pas avoir pu bénéficier d'un lit double pourtant demandé lors de la réservation. Et la réceptionniste nous a dit que tout était complet.... Aucune chaîne TNT disponible.... dommage !
