Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Séjour de 5 jours détestable du fait du changement de la literie de l’hôtel pendant 3 jours sur les 5. Du bruit difficile à supporter des 9h le matin, déménagement des bagages dans la voiture quand ce fut le tour de ma chambre. Benne de décharge des encombrants devant ma porte. Dommage de ne pas avoir été prévenu au moment de la réservation par internet, car j'aurais choisi un autre endroit. Très mauvaise gestion de BB pour la satisfaction du client, certain aurait fait un scandale. J'ai hésité à quitter les lieux mais j'avais une réservation non annulable déjà acquittée.
