Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Hôtel très bien comme d’habitude mais cette fois-ci il y avait pas de chauffage dans la chambre. (Je sais me servir du boîtier pour l’allumer) il ne faisais pas non plus très très froid mais j’aurais préférer + de chaleur dans la chambre.

join the A22, direction A27 Tournai/Brussels. Take exit 2 for Villeneuve dAscq/Roubaix/Tourcoing/Gent/Cysoing/Cité Scientifique/Parking Métro 4 Cantons. Continue on the N227 then take exit 3 for Lézennes/Villeneuve DAscq/Centre Commercial. Drive over the N227, then take a left for Lille Grand Stade.
