Leider teurer geworden

Ich übernachte seit Jahren beim B&B Hotel, da Hotel und Zimmer immer zurfriedenstellend war für meine Geschäftsreisen. Allerdings sind nun die Preise deutlich gestiegen, und es werden Parkgebühren verlangt. Für ein 1 Übernachtung in B&B, jetzt €115 zu zahlen, ist einfach vielnzu teuer. Ich werde jetzt nach alternativen schauen müssen. Schade.

Ich kenne es besser.

IM Gegensatz zu anderen Häusern der Kette, sind in diesem Hotel die Zimmer extrem klein, sodass es in einem Doppelzimmer sehr eng und ungemütlich ist, wenn man mit 2 Personen darin interagiert. Das Frühstück ist ok, vom Preis aber absolut zu hoch angesetzt. Wir haben bei einer Verlängerung des Aufenthalts ein Zahlungsproblem gehabt, dies führte zu unterschiedlichen Anzeigen in der B&B-App und den Hotelsystemen, die hinzugezogene Operation Managerin I*****l M****r war aus unserer Sicht nicht willens sich auch nur ansatzweise mit dem Problem auseinanderzusetzen und machte mit Ihrem Verhalten sehr deutlich das Ihr die Probleme Ihrer Gäste egal sind. Mit der Hygiene ist es auch etwas mangelhaft, obwohl wir keine äußerst warmen Temperaturen hatten, hatte ein Mitarbeiter derart extremen Körpergeruch das man diesen nicht nur an der Rezeption überdeutlich wahrgenommen hat. Alles in allem sind wir nicht zufrieden mit diesem Aufenthalt und empfehlen das Hotel auf Grund der gemachten Erfahrungen nicht weiter.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt vollkommen in Ordnung. Ein paar kleine Punkte haben etwas gestört. Das Frühstück war leider um eine bestimmte Uhrzeit nicht auf die Personenzahl ausgerichtet Leider war zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthaltes eine hundeshow und morgens gegen 5 Uhr finden die Hunde an zu bellen, abends erst spät aufgehört. Das war ziemlich unangenehm. Die Pizza am Abend war super! Frisch aufgebacken, vielseitiges Angebot und das Preis war auch komplett okay.

Getting to B&B HOTEL Leipzig-Schönefeld

By Car: From the A14 motorway, take the Leipzig-Nordost exit and follow the B87 towards the city center. Then turn right onto Rostocker Straße, and after a few minutes, turn left onto Störerstraße before turning right onto Brahestraße and finally left onto Foepplstraße.

By Public Transportation: From Leipzig Central Station, you can easily reach our hotel by tram line 3. Walk from the main station to the Hofmeisterstr. stop and then take the tram towards Taucha. Get off at the Leipzig, Hohentichelnstr stop and walk approximately 10 minutes to our hotel. Alternatively, you can reach our hotel by taking the S4 S-Bahn to Leipzig-Thekla station and then walking about 1 km from there.
