Stuff calling guests "Jerk" instead of showing the rules

Avoid. Deposit fraud. Booked via direct B&B app, where nothing was said about deposit and parking fee, was forced to pay a 150€ deposit (and 25€ for parking). When asked to show me the rules about deposit, nobody could do it. They give me two options, or I pay a deposit, or they call a police and make no refund for booking. Staff were rood, and made a refund for booking only when I filmed them calling me a “jerk” and was ready to wait a police.

B&Bhotel à Port Marly est un très bon port

Pour le prix, c'est parfait et rien ne peut être reproché . ( personnellement , un oreiller de plus et le pain du petit déjeuner un peu plus cuit) mais l'accueil est extraordinaire, le parking est très bien, la chambre est petite mais bien agencée pour un court séjour, le calme, le petit déjeuner est plus que copieux . Bravo ! Certains hotels très étoilés devraient venir faire un stage chez vous . Je voyage assez souvent mais la plupart du temps dans des hôtels couteux . Le hasard m'a conduit ici et ce fut un heureux hasard .Le réceptioniste était chaleureux ; on aurait pu croire que nous étions des habitués . Il a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit super et le personnel du petit déjeuner est attentif et serviable. Si je repasse par là, je reviendrai sûrement et je conseille ce B&B hotel à 100 pour cent.

Très bien pour le prix.

Hôtel propre, chambre aux standards (donc literie un peu dure mais c'est la même dans tous les B&B, il suffit de le savoir), équipe très sympa, à l'écoute. Je suis client régulier lors de mes déplacements professionnels sur le secteur de Saint Germain, le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

    Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.
