What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 6pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

L'hôtel est bien situé, en face des Pyramides (600m à pied, via un passage protégé sous la voie express).Chambre pour 4 personnes très agréable. Le parking payant en souterrain est pratique. Un conseil : si vous avez une berline basse, allez-y tout doucement et ça passe sans toucher! Les places sont larges. Le personnel est très accueillant et de bons conseils. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux: pain, viennoiseries, oeufs brouillés, etc. Je recommande vivement.

Très bon accueil du personnel, hôtel propre, mais réseau chaotique et petit déjeuner basique

Accueil du personnel au top, pro et efficace. Hôtel propre. Literie confortable. Mais problème de réseau important et petit déjeuner basique : peu de choix, "œufs brouillés" qui ne sont pas de "vrais" œufs mais œufs liquides en brique, pain et viennoiseries surgelés, lait à température ambiante, tables pas nettoyées après les clients donc on s'installe sur des tables salles. Dommage car il y a du potentiel. La réception au top !
