La première fois, j’avais été agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’établissement. Malheureusement, ce second séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur du premier et ne lui rend pas vraiment honneur. L’accueil, en revanche, est resté irréprochable : souriant, professionnel et courtois, rien à redire sur ce point. À mon arrivée dans la chambre, aucun problème particulier concernant la propreté, celle-ci étant tout à fait satisfaisante. La salle de bain était également propre, cependant un petit bémol est à signaler : les distributeurs de savon étaient vides et, de plus, l’un d’eux était manquant. Heureusement, ayant l’habitude de voyager avec le nécessaire, cela ne m’a pas trop pénalisé, mais cela reste tout de même un détail regrettable. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, que je prends rarement d’ordinaire, je m’attendais cette fois à un véritable buffet, offrant un choix plus varié aussi bien en fruits qu’en produits salés et sucrés. Or, l’offre proposée s’est révélée assez limitée : seulement deux types de fruits et trois choix de produits salés. Le côté sucré était certes un peu plus fourni, mais l’ensemble restait en deçà de mes attentes. Cette expérience confirme d’ailleurs mon choix habituel de ne pas prendre le petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel. Dans l’ensemble, le séjour s’est malgré tout bien déroulé, sans incident majeur. Néanmoins, ces petites déceptions cumulées ont légèrement terni mon expérience et contrastent avec la très bonne impression laissée lors de mon premier passage. J’espère que ces points pourront être améliorés à l’avenir afin de retrouver le niveau de satisfaction initial.
