Good quality and value overall
All good other than room could have been a little bit warmer. The air conditioner's heating function seems to be ineffective - it just can't go above 21 degrees so if you set it to 22 it goes into high speed (noisy) mode but really does nothing.

ONLY ONE PILLOW, SMALL DUVET.
The hotel is generally excellent, very clean,, friendly staff and really nice bar area. Sleep was not a great experience with only one pillow each and a duvet which was too small.

An enjoyable stay
A lovely hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I stayed a week with my small dog whilst my flat was being repaired. Believe it or not it was the first time I've stayed in a hotel and for someone almost eighty years old I was feeling anxious. No worry as I was made very welcome as soon as I stepped thru the door. My thanks to everyone there.

Good overall stay.
Good overall stay. Temperature control and fresh air was bit hit and miss, but rooms were very comfy and entire facility was very clean and presentable. Shame about the small car park.
