Das Telefonsystem von B&B ist überhaupt nicht Kundenfreundlich! Ich hatte Nachfragen an das Hotel. Jedoch verhindert das Anrufer- Leitsystem den telefonischen Kontakt zum Hotel. Nach Auswahl von jeglichen Möglichkeiten im Anrufmenü landet man in einer Warteschleife und hängt nach 10-15 Minuten immer noch in dieser Warteschleife ohne durchgestellt zu werden. Als letzte Möglichkeit habe ich mit der Ausahl 1(Sprache) 1 (neue Buchung) auf ein erfolgreiches Telefonat mit einem Hotelmitarbeiter gehofft. Das Gespräch wurde jedoch nur zu einem Mitarbeiter in der Buchungszentrale durchgestellt. Dieser bot mir an, mich über die Warteschleife zum Hotel durchzustellen. Diese Warteschleife lief dann ca 70 Minuten durchgehend. Zu einem Hotelmitarbeiter wurde ich jedoch nicht durchgestellt.

Wir übernachten sehr oft in diesem bnb Hotel Hauptbahnhof in Erfurt und sind mit den Leistungen sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind konfortabel und sehr sauber. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.
