neues, sauberes Hotel mit nettem Personal TOP

Es ist ein neues, sauberes Hotel mit nettem, hilfsbereitem Personal. Es liegt in einem neu erschlossenen aber leisem Industriegebiet (ehemalige Kaserne) unweit der Autobahn. Hier sind auch Ärzte und ein ein Gesundheitswohnpark sowie ein Aldi in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man schafft es in 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zur Innenstadt und Rheinpromenade. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Brandopfer (S.)

Wir waren aufgrund eines Brandes für etwa zwei Wochen als Brandopfer im B&B Hotel untergebracht und möchten uns von Herzen bedanken. In dieser schweren Zeit wurden wir unglaublich herzlich aufgenommen und durchgehend sehr respektvoll und freundlich behandelt. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit, offen und menschlich – besonders die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption waren immer gut gelaunt, verständnisvoll und hatten ein offenes Ohr für uns. Die Zimmer waren stets sauber, der Zimmerservice zuverlässig und das Frühstücksbuffet wirklich sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Man hat sich bei euch nicht wie „nur Gäste“, sondern wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Ein großes Dankeschön an das ganze Team – wir werden diese positive Erfahrung definitiv in Erinnerung behalten.
