B&B Hotels are great.

We booked the room while driving from Calias, very simple to book & it was easy to get into the room at 23:00 via the auto checkin. We always use B&B when driving out to France, the rooms are clean & comfy so we get a good nights sleep.

Literie hors d’âge et d’usage (chambre 2) Personnes au petit déjeuner très désinvolte Elle vous explique que si la poignée de la porte du réfrigérateur est cassée, c’est de la faute des clients qui régulièrement la casse. Je me demande réellement comment font tous les autres hôtel BB où il n’y a jamais ce type de problème et la même clientèle. concernant le manque d’approvisionnement de certains produits sur le buffet, elle explique qu’elle revient de vacances et qu’il faut qu’elle se remette un petit peu dans le bain et qu’elle reprenne le rythme. Pour le reste c’est un vieil établissement propre mais ça ne suffit pas

Bonjour JEAN MICHEL, Nous avons pris connaissance de votre notation suite à votre séjour dans notre hôtel. Nous regrettons que nos prestations n'aient pas répondu à vos attentes. Pour être honnête avec vous, je savais que vous alliez laisser un message, mon assistante m'avait prévenue. Effectivement, la poignée de la porte du frigo a été cassée mercredi matin. Nous l'avons retrouvée sur le frigo sans que personne ne nous le signale. Elle a été remise le soir même par mes soins en attendant de trouver une solution à sa réparation. Celle ci n'a pas tenue jeudi matin alors nous en avons racheté une jeudi. Tout est réparé à présent, mais la poignée ne gênée en rien à l'ouverture du frigo. Mon assistante rentrait de vacances, elle n'avait pas connaissance que la poignée pouvait ne pas tenir. Elle s'est fait charrier par des clients très habitués de son retour de vacancière. La veinarde. Il se peut que lors d'un service il manque un produit. C'est avec plaisir que nous rechargeons à votre demande si cela nous a échappé. L'hôtel a été entièrement rénové il y a moins de 5 ans. Je suis surprise que vous trouvez notre hôtel vétuste, c'est très loin le cas. Nous avons été classé de nouveau 3* en février 2025 avec félicitations de la part de l'examinateur pour la tenue de notre hôtel. C'est votre ressenti et je l'accepte. La literie a moins de 5 ans. Les matelas sont changés chez B&B Hôtels tous les 10 ans. Dans toutes les chambres PMR, les lits sont en 140 cm afin de respecter les normes imposées pour les passages des fauteuils roulants. Il n'y a rien de honteux à cela. Je suis surprise que mon assistante a été désinvolte avec vous, elle travaille pour nous depuis le début de l'ouverture de l'hôtel et elle a de très bons avis clients sur sa gentillesse et sa politesse, mais n'étant présente, j'en prends note. Je suis étonnée de ma note accueil où je n'ai eu que 20/100. Je ne pense pas avoir été désagréable pour mériter cette note à votre arrivée. J'ai pris volontiers votre chèque.     Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.
