What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Tranquillité d’Esprit

Bon accueil et bon emplacement , la chambre était confortable et propre, la climatisation faisait un peu de bruit mais à part ça j’ai été très satisfaite de l’ensemble de l’hôtel, les hôtesses très sympathiques . Je recommande sans hésiter. Merci et à bientôt.

Mauvaise expérience!

Malheureusement, la chambre dans laquelle nous avons été logés ne correspondait pas aux standards auxquels nous étions habitués chez B&B : Le sol était sale et collant, ce qui a immédiatement créé un inconfort à notre arrivée. L'odeur de tabac dans la chambre était extrêmement forte, au point que les draps sentaient également le tabac. Le couvercle des toilettes était relevé, ce qui est inacceptable en termes d'hygiène. Le distributeur de gel pour les mains était vide, ce qui constitue un manquement basique à l'entretien. En raison de l'odeur de tabac, nous avons été réveillés à plusieurs reprises durant la nuit, ce qui a sérieusement compromis la qualité de notre sommeil. Nous tenons toutefois à souligner que la salle du petit-déjeuner était bien entretenue et que la jeune employée à la réception était cordiale et professionnelle.
