Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Hubo una alarma de incendio a las 2h50 de la madrugada, y el empleado nocturno aunque presente, no se despertó sino cuando 1 hora después los bomberos rompieron la puerta de la oficina con un mazo.

A fuir! Gros manque de professionnalisme

Nous avons été réveillés en pleine nuit par l’alarme incendie et avons dû évacuer l’hôtel. Personne n’était présent pour nous guider, malgré nos appels répétés à la borne censée être disponible 24h/24 et 7j/7. Nous avons finalement dû contacter nous-mêmes les pompiers. Ce n’est qu’au moment où ils ont commencé à forcer la porte que le surveillant s’est enfin RÉVEILLÉ ! Oui oui il dormait et n’a rien entendu pourtant il dormait dans l hôtel et tous les clients étaient bien réveillés eux et dehors dans le froid! J’ai évidemment toutes les preuves, photos à l’appui, mais BnB ne me répond plus. C’est vraiment trop facile : je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Le sentiment d’insécurité était total. Je ne parle même pas des dosettes de café qu’il fallait aller réclamer à l’accueil alors que j’avais payé un supplément pour les avoir en chambre. Ce n’est qu’un détail, mais ajouté au grave manque de sécurité, ça fait beaucoup

Nous tenons à vous assurer que cette situation était totalement indépendante de notre volonté, l'incident ayant été provoqué par un autre client fumant dans sa chambre. Concernant la gestion de l'urgence, nous confirmons qu'un dysfonctionnement a effectivement affecté le report d'alarme de la conciergerie, et nous prenons les mesures nécessaires pour que cela ne se reproduise plus. Nous vous précisons également que le sifflement que vous avez entendu provenait du système d'alarme situé à l'accueil et non du local de conciergerie. En ce qui concerne les dosettes de café, elles étaient présentes dans votre chambre à votre arrivée. Votre réservation incluait une offre sans ménage, ce qui signifie que notre personnel de chambre ne passe pas durant le séjour. Cependant, si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, y compris des dosettes supplémentaires, nous vous invitons toujours à le demander à la réception. Alarme incendie à 03:00 de la nuit . Impossible de joindre l’assistance par l’interphone , ni par téléphone. Arrivée des pompiers 40 minutes plus tard . Le réceptionniste dormait profondément malgré le bruit strident de l’alarme ce sont les pompiers qui l’ont réveillé . Distributeur de boissons en panne
