Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Peut-être essayer de faire au-moins une ronde dans la nuit pour se rendre compte que parfois les gens incivilisés pourrissent la nuit de ceux qui voudraient simplement dormir sans être obligé de faire appel à quelqu'un. Ce n'est pas le rôle de la clientèle de vérifier les éventuelles nuisances ou de prendre contact avec un veilleur Lorsque cette expérience dure toute une nuit et que l'on ne peut en aucun cas ne pas s'en apercevoir. Dire au client: ah ben vous auriez du appeler le veilleur!! Ça ne devrait pas être une fatalité. Je parle d'un cas me concernant. J'avais l'impression d'avoir les gens en question dans ma chambre avec le tapage(hurlements...insultes en tous genres, rires aux éclats, portes claquées...objets tombés ou plutôt jetés.. mais pas 5...10..ni 1heure! Non moi j'ai pu m'endormir vers 6h... on est frais le matin avec ça. Certe je sais bien que c'est exceptionnel. Mais quand ça tombe sur vous...
