Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

À notre arrivée, lors du check-in sur la borne automatique, le système nous a réclamé un supplément de 6 € injustifié. Le calcul était pourtant simple : 34 € (chambre déjà réglée) + 6 € (animal) + 2 € (taxe de séjour), soit un total de 42 €. Or, la machine affichait 48 €. J'ai contacté l'assistance en ligne pour signaler cette erreur de calcul du système. Malheureusement, l'interlocuteur n'a fait aucun effort pour résoudre la situation. Malgré mes explications, il s'est contenté de maintenir que le total était de 48 €, puis a avancé un tarif de 49 €, ignorant totalement les conditions de ma réservation effectuée à l'avance. Son refus de vérifier les chiffres était inadmissible. Heureusement, à l'arrivée de la réceptionniste physique, la situation a été débloquée. Elle a consulté l'historique de la facturation, a immédiatement identifié l'erreur et l'a rectifiée. Elle a fait preuve d'un professionnalisme exemplaire, contrairement à son collègue de l'assistance. Travaillant moi-même dans un groupe hôtelier français, je sais que l'historique d'une réservation sur le PMS permet de tout vérifier. Il est regrettable qu'un agent du service client soit moins efficace qu'un réceptionniste sur place et fasse preuve d'une telle mauvaise volonté. Si l'hôtel en lui-même est satisfaisant, cette expérience avec l'assistance en ligne ternit l'image de l'enseigne. Je réfléchirai à deux fois avant de réserver à nouveau chez B&B.

Merveilleux séjour

Bonjour tout correspond aux attentes pour un hotel B&B sauf les portes qu'il faut claquer pour fermer quand on sort de la chambre. Ceci provoque du bruit et certains occupants vont et viennent tard et/ou tôt, ce qui réveille. En revanche, le débit WIFI était catastrophique.
