camere essenziali ma confortevoli, silenziose e con la comodità del parcheggio fronte camera bagno MOLTO piccolo, senza bidet, ventola ricambio aria non funzionante, porta con maniglia rotta e cigolio - poco pulito - difficile avere set asciugamani completo camera trovata non rassettata al nostro rientro nel pomeriggio, alle nostre rimostranze gli addetti alle pulizie hanno cominciato una discussione da paura e con scusanti puerili e ridicole

Ho prenotato telefonicamente 4 camere con servizio di ascensore oppure al piano terra, e mi confermano che sono disponibili. Al ckeck risultano no disponibili, poi spiegando le problematiche hanno dato la disponibilità per 2 . Per il resto ottimo il parcheggio fronte camera al coperto (siamo motoclisti) camera buona colazione buona.

L’attenzione ![trustyou]()
Sono stata molto bene accolta nel albergo, ho avuto bisogno d’aiuto e loro (i ragazzi dell’albergo) sono stati pronti ad aiutarmi, sono stati gentili ed educati, nel B&B anche la sicurezza e la salute delle loro ospiti è importante, quindi devo dire che ritornerò sicuramente. Grazie

Expérience décevante. Les prestations n’étaient pas au niveau annoncé et la propreté laissait à désirer. Dommage, mais nous ne réserverons plus dans cette chaîne.

Séjour pas formidable, déçu ![trustyou]()
Mon épouse et moi avons séjourné au B&B Hotel Alba du samedi 30 août au dimanche 7 septembre 2025. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été ponctuée de nombreuses déconvenues. Dès le premier jour, nous avons été confrontés à une série de désagréments : De l’eau s’écoulait du radiateur Les pommeaux de douche fuyaient Le papier hygiénique manquait régulièrement Le ménage était effectué de manière aléatoire Après avoir signalé ces problèmes à la réception, quelques efforts ont été faits le lendemain. Nous espérions une amélioration pour la suite du séjour, mais cela n’a pas été le cas. Le comble : un jour, nous sommes revenus à l’hôtel à 15h00 et notre chambre n’était toujours pas faite. Nous sommes repartis et revenus vers 18h00, pour découvrir la porte de notre chambre grande ouverte. Par chance, rien n’avait disparu. En conclusion, le rapport qualité-prix est très décevant : Le tarif est élevé pour les prestations proposées La chambre est exiguë, sans armoire, seulement une étagère et une penderie La douche est minuscule C’est regrettable pour un établissement récemment rénové. Nous l’avions connu à son apogée, mais aujourd’hui… le contraste est saisissant.
