Before my stay

• Can I bring my pet?

  Yes! We accept dogs up to 15 kg for an additional fee of R$ 50.00 + ISS per day, provided an updated vaccination record is presented. The pet must remain under the owner’s responsibility throughout the entire stay.

  B&B HOTELS Brasil guarantees free and unrestricted access for guide dogs, in accordance with current Brazilian legislation, with no additional charges or access restrictions. At check-in, the Guide Dog Identification Card may be requested (as per Decree No. 5,904/2006), along with the owner’s photo ID and full equipment (collar, leash, and harness with handle).

  For guide dogs trained by foreign institutions, an identification card or a notarized copy of the training certificate (with a basic Portuguese translation) must be presented, along with health documents issued by a veterinarian registered in Brazil.

• When I enter my credit card details on your website, will I be charged the amount immediately or will the payment be made at the hotel upon arrival / departure?

  You can pay for your booking directly in the hotel reception (cash, credit card or debit card).

• What is the best time to visit Rio de Janeiro?

  Traveling in months like May, June, August, and September is a strategic choice for those looking to enjoy the best of the "Cidade Maravilhosa." In addition to finding much more affordable accommodation and airfare, you’ll avoid the large crowds of the high season. 

  During this period, the experience is more comfortable: the weather is pleasant (ideal for outdoor tours) and the city's main tourist attractions are less crowded, allowing you to enjoy every moment with much more peace of mind and savings.
