B&B HOTELS Company Advantage Terms and Conditions - Germany

The following are the General Terms and Conditions for a B&B HOTELS Company Advantage (the "Company Advantage"). The Company Advantage is offered and managed by:

  • B&B HOTELS Germany GmbH, a limited liability company, registered with the Local Court of Wiesbaden under number HRB 31371, with registered office at Altkönigstraße 10, 65239 Hochheim am Main, Germany.
  • B&B HOTELS Austria GmbH, a limited liability company, registered with the Commercial Court in Vienna under company register number 461990y, with registered office at pACCFA, AM Heumarkt 10, 1030 Vienna, Austria.

(hereinafter “B&B HOTELS”).

 

1. Definitions

In these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meaning:

Hotel(s): refers to all current and future hotels of the B&B HOTELS Group located in Germany and Austria, either operated by B&B HOTELS as its own hotels or operated via independent hotel management companies or within the framework of a franchise model;

Customer: refers to the company that registers for a Company Advantage;

Beneficiary: refers to employees of the Customer who are entitled to claim the price reductions granted through the Company Advantage;

Party(ies): refers to B&B HOTELS and the Customer.

 

2. Subject of the Company Advantage

Registration for the Company Advantage entitles the Customer to a price reduction on the total price for a hotel room (including taxes, excluding breakfast, local fees, and other special levies) according to the following conditions:

  • The price reduction is granted for individual bookings via the website (www.hotel-bb.com), via the B&B HOTELS App, or directly at/in the Hotel by telephone, e-mail, or at the reception.
  • The price reduction is granted on the generally applicable total price for the desired room including taxes at the time of booking.
  • The price reduction applies only to Beneficiaries and their business stays.
  • The price reduction applies to all Hotels, subject to room availability.

The Company Advantage is intended for individual travellers (the individual Beneficiaries); bookings for group travel are excluded from the benefits of the Company Advantage. For the booking of group travel, Customers are requested to enquire about an individual offer from B&B HOTELS by email to groupdesk-de@hotelbb.com.

 

3. Conditions for Registration

To register for the Company Advantage, the Customer must meet the following conditions:

  • Registration in a register as a company/merchant;
  • No activity as a travel agency, reseller, or other intermediary;
  • Undertaking the obligation to book at least fifty (50) nights per year with B&B HOTELS (sales volume).

Unless expressly provided otherwise, the existence of the conditions and registration for a Company Advantage is subject to the sole discretion of B&B HOTELS.

 

4. Registration

Registration for a Company Advantage is free of charge.

For registration, the Customer must fill out the form available here and acknowledge the validity of these General Terms and Conditions for the Company Advantage. 

Registration will be confirmed by sending an individual booking code and the price reductions applicable to the Customer by e-mail.

 

5. Term

The Company Advantage runs from the receipt of the confirmation by the Customer, for a duration of one (1) year.

The Company Advantage automatically renews for one (1) further year each time if the Customer has achieved the sales volume of at least fifty (50) nights in the preceding term.

The amount of the price reduction granted for the Company Advantage may change depending on the sales volume actually achieved by the Customer for the further term. In the event of a change in the price reduction, B&B HOTELS must inform the Customer in advance within a reasonable time. In this case, the Customer has the right to refuse the renewal of the Company Advantage for a further year.

 

6. Booking conditions

To claim a price reduction, it is necessary for the Customer or the Beneficiary to book as follows before the Beneficiary's day of arrival:

  • Via the B&B HOTELS website (www.hotel-bb.com), the B&B HOTELS App

  • or directly in/at the Hotel by telephone, by e-mail, or at the reception.

The granting of the price reduction requires the booking person to provide the booking code communicated for the Company Advantage.

 

7. Invoicing and payment

Invoices are issued by the Hotel and must be paid by the Beneficiary either in cash, by credit card, or by digital means of payment upon arrival at the hotel reception or before arrival by credit card or digital means of payment.

Should the Customer wish for a different payment method, they must contact the respective Hotel in writing in advance. The Hotel will confirm its agreement to the Customer in writing.

 

8. Client’s obligations

The Customer must ensure that the booking code is not accessible to and cannot be used by travellers who are not considered Beneficiaries under these General Terms and Conditions. 

he Customer undertakes to inform the Beneficiaries about the Company Advantage and to bring these General Terms and Conditions to their attention via internal communication channels.

 

9. Termination

9.1 Violation of these Conditions

In the event of a violation of an obligation under these General Terms and Conditions by a Party or a Beneficiary, the respective other Party has the right to terminate the Company Advantage. The termination takes effect after a notice period of thirty (30) days and requires a formal notification sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, which has remained without effect after the deadline.

The exercise of the right of termination does not release the defaulting/violating Party from fulfilling the obligations entered into until the termination becomes effective; any further claims and legal remedies of the respective other Party remain unaffected.

 

9.2 Lack of Sales Volume

At the end of the first or any subsequent term, B&B HOTELS may terminate the Company Advantage if the Customer's actual bookings do not reach the sales volume required for registration.

 

10. Applicability of these Conditions

By clicking the corresponding confirmation box in the registration form, the Customer completes their registration. The Customer thereby confirms that they have read and understood the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions and acknowledge their validity. Acknowledgment includes the B&B HOTELS’ privacy policy.

 

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to German law.

In the event of a dispute, the Parties will take all reasonable measures to find an amicable solution. If an amicable agreement is not reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent commercial court in Frankfurt am Main, which the Parties determine as having jurisdiction.

 

12. Application of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of B&B HOTELS

When booking via a Company Advantage, the Customer and the Beneficiaries confirm the unrestricted validity of the General Terms and Conditions of Reservation ("GTC"), which can be accessed here for Germany and here for Austria, and which regulate the conditions and details for bookings and stays in the Hotels.

In the event of conflicting regulations in these General Terms and Conditions and the GTC, the regulations of these General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
