Friendly staff you can have a good giggle not stuck up right down to earth and willing to help as I had trouble with the parking meter and one of the domestic staff was very helpful id stay again in a heartbeat

I know there is A. refurb going to happen soon and hope this will show A. positive update to this hotel. Don't change the staff, they were first class, just the furniture (very heavy) and the decor in the rooms ( almost like sleeping in A. jungle). I am looking forward to my next visit to see what has changed. Yes, I will be back.

Nice location near the main road for easy car and bus access, clean and very comfortable beds, decent breakfast for the online price. Rooms and corridors are slightly outdated and lift was not working at the time. Overall a good experience.

Easily accessed from Belle Vue train station, or by bus from Manchester Centre.
My room was clean and comfortable, I sleep well. I wasn’t affected by the lift being out of order. Just one suggestion, I would have appreciated a phone charging point at the head of the bed.
I would use this venue again as long as your prices remain reasonable.
