Als Alleinreisende hatte ich gleich zu Beginn ein kleines Problem mit der Lüftung. Ein Mitarbeiter reagierte sofort, löste das Problem freundlich und unkompliziert und stellte mir ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung. Die serviceorientierte und freundliche Art des gesamten Teams zog sich durch den ganzen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt zentral direkt am Bahnhof, die Zimmer sind modern und angenehm ruhig. Gerne wieder!
