Staff were very welcoming, friendly and informative. My air conditioner did not work, so had window open, quite a bit of road noise, but was ok, just an issue with someone’s car alarm going off! Well laid room and en-suite - personal room code👍. Maybe some USB charging points would be an idea. Parking was amble and very close to train station👍
