Wir waren mit 4 Personen für 4 bzw. 2 Tage im Hotel. Es war alles super. Frühstück sehr lecker. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Dass mit dem Zimmer-Code, das Betreten der Zimmer bzw. Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage, alles geregelt wird finden wir Klasse. So muss niemand mehr die Chip-Karte mit sich führen bzw. eine 2. Karte für den Partner beantragt werden. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und werden bestimmt nächstes Mal wieder im B&B buchen.

Ich war jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal im B&B Hotel Arnsberg und es wird ganz sicher nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich hier einfach willkommen. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und wirklich von Herzen bemüht, dass es einem gut geht. Die Rezeption ist unschlagbar, so hilfsbereit, so zuvorkommend und dabei immer mit einem ehrlichen Lächeln. Man merkt einfach, dass hier Menschen arbeiten, die ihren Job gern machen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, alles ist gepflegt und ordentlich. Man kann sich direkt wohlfühlen. Besonders schön finde ich, dass hier wirklich immer nachgefragt wird, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob man noch etwas braucht. Dieses ehrliche Interesse am Gast erlebt man leider nicht überall. Wenn Hotels überall so wären, wäre ich wahrscheinlich der glücklichste Mensch auf der Welt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.
