B&B HOTELS Business Account Terms and Conditions - Germany

The Terms and Conditions for the B&B HOTELS Business Account (the « Offer ») are detailed below. The Offer is provided by the following companies:

  • B&B HOTELS Germany GmbH, a limited liability company, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Wiesbaden under company no. HRB 31371, with registered office located at Altkönigstraße 10, 65239 Hochheim am Main, Germany.

(Hereinafter “B&B HOTELS”)

 

1. Definitions

In the present Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the following meanings:

Hotel(s): refers to all hotels within the B&B HOTELS network, both present and future, located in the German territory and operated by B&B HOTELS as subsidiaries, managed by legally independent third-party companies, or operating under franchise;

Client: refers to the company that has subscribed to the Offer;

Beneficiary(ies): refers to the employees of the Client who benefit from the discount under the Offer;

Party(ies): refers to B&B HOTELS and the Client.

 

2. Description of the Offer

By subscribing to the Offer, the Client benefits from a discount applicable to the total room price (including VAT and excluding breakfast, tourist tax and other fees ), subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • This discount applies solely to individual reservations made on the website (www.hotel-bb.com), the B&B HOTELS mobile application, by phone through the reservation center, or directly with the Hotel by phone, email or at the reception desk ;
  • This discount applies to the public total price, including VAT, of the room only at the time of booking;
  • This discount applies to the Beneficiaries for their professional travel only;
  • This discount applies to all Hotels, subject to availability.

The Offer is designed for individual clients only (the Beneficiaries) and therefore excludes group bookings. For group bookings, the Client is invited to request a price proposal from the B&B HOTELS group service by email at groupdesk-de@hotelbb.com.

 

3. Eligibility

To subscribe to the Offer, the Client shall meet each of the following conditions:

  • Be registered as a company;
  • Not be a travel agency, a wholesaler or an intermediate distributor;
  • Commit to a minimum of fifty (50) room nights booked per year

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, eligibility to benefit from the Offer is at the sole discretion of B&B HOTELS.

 

4. Subscription

Subscription to the Offer is free.

The Client shall fill in the registration form available here and accept these Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer.

Subscription to the Offer is confirmed by sending the Client a confirmation email containing a unique corporate code and the applicable discount specific to the Client.

 

5. Duration

The Offer takes effect upon receipt of the confirmation email by the Client and remains valid for an initial period of one (1) year. 

The Offer is automatically renewed for successive periods of one (1) year, provided that the Client has completed a minimum of fifty (50) room nights in the year prior to the renewal. 

The discount rate granted under the Offer is subject to changes from one year to the next depending on the actual volume of overnight stays completed by the Client. If the discount rate is to be changed, B&B HOTELS shall inform the Client in advance within a reasonable period of time. In this case, the Client has the right to refuse the renewal of the Offer for a further year and to terminate the subscription. 

 

6. Booking conditions

Booking requests are mandatory and shall be made by the Client or the Beneficiary prior to the Beneficiary's arrival date:

  • on the B&B HOTELS website (www.hotel-bb.com) or the B&B HOTELS mobile application;
  • or directly with the Hotel by phone, email or at the reception desk.

In order to benefit from the Offer, the person making the reservation shall imperatively provide the corporate code communicated by B&B HOTELS following the Client's subscription to the Offer.

 

7. Invoicing and payment

Invoices are issued by the Hotel and are payable in cash, credit card or virtual credit card by each Beneficiary upon arrival at the Hotel reception, or by credit card or virtual credit card prior to arrival.

Should the Client wish to use an alternative method of payment, it shall submit a written request to the relevant Hotel. If accepted, the Hotel will confirm its agreement in writing to the Client.

 

8. Client’s obligations

The Client shall ensure that the corporate code is not made available and/or used by travelers who do not qualify as Beneficiaries for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions.

The Client undertakes to inform the Beneficiaries of the existence of the Offer and to provide them with these associated Terms and Conditions via relevant internal communication.

 

9. Termination

9.1 Breach of Terms and Conditions

In the event of a breach by either Party or a Beneficiary of any of the obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions, the other Party may terminate this Offer. Termination shall occur automatically upon the expiry of a thirty (30) calendar day period following a formal notice sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt that remains without effect from the date of its receipt.

The exercise of this right of termination shall not relieve the defaulting Party from fulfilling the obligations undertaken up to the effective date of termination, without prejudice to any remedies that the other Party may have.

 

9.2 Insufficient overnight stays volume

The Offer may be terminated by B&B HOTELS at the end of the initial term or any renewal period if the volume of overnight stays completed by the Client is not sufficient to qualify for a discount.

 

10. Acceptance of these T&C’s

By clicking on the check box in the registration form, the Client will complete its subscription to the Offer. It means that the Client is confirming that it has read, understands and accepts all the Offer Terms and Conditions set forth above, including B&B HOTELS’ privacy policy: 

 

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law. 

In the event of a dispute, the Parties undertake to take all reasonable steps to resolve their dispute amicably. In the absence of an amicable settlement, the said dispute may be submitted to the Commercial Court of Frankfurt am Main, to which the Parties hereby attribute jurisdiction.

 

12. Application of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of B&B HOTELS

Any booking made under this Offer implies the full and unreserved acceptance by the Client and the Beneficiaries of the provisions of B&B HOTELS' General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “GTC”), available here, which detail the booking and stay conditions in the Hotels.

In the event of any contradiction between these Terms and Conditions and the GTC, the former shall prevail over the latter.
