We promise you the best price!

We guarantee that you will receive the best price for your chosen room type at the booked B&B Hotel in Germany or Austria and for your selected reservation period when booking through our website. The guarantor is B&B Hotels Germany GmbH, Altkönigstraße 10, 65239 Hochheim am Main.

When does the Best Price Guarantee not apply?

• If your booking period falls within a promotional period (e.g. major events such as the Football World Cup, European Championship, concert events) or a trade fair period in the city of your hotel.
• If the other offer does not include all booking details at the time of booking (e.g. blind booking, mystery trips, surprise trips, unspecified type or location of accommodation, etc.).
• If the other offer is part of a loyalty or reward program. This is the case if the price is granted as a reward for a completed or pending other transaction, for any kind of registration for third-party promotional programs, for recommending a provider or offer to third parties (“Tell-a-Friend” offers), or for similar actions.

• If the other offer is part of a package, e.g. a combination of room and flight, rental car, cruise, or other services inside or outside the hotel.

   

Note: This Best Price Guarantee does not limit your statutory rights regarding defects from the accommodation contract concluded with us, and you may assert these rights free of charge. Any existing statutory rights towards us remain unaffected and are not restricted by this guarantee promise.
