Prima, unkompliziertes, sehr sauberes Hotel!!
Es war vom CheckIn bis -Out sehr unkompliziert, schnell und super. Das Haus in Rostock ist absolut sauber und empfehlenswert. Kommen wieder!

Weihnachtliche Auszeit
In einem Zimmer, das sich dank Wandgestaltung nach Rostock Panorama anfühlt, lädt ein wohliges Bett zum Träumen ein. Die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn direkt gegenüber erreicht man dank bezahlter Kurtaxe schnell die Innenstadt. Der Blick auf die Petrikirche erinnert an Rostocks Geschichte und mit einem guten Frühstück lässt es sich sehr gut in den Tag starten.

Die Lage ist gut, die Zimmer sauber und in Ordnung für das Geld! Der Service ist unterirdisch… Heute Morgen am Buffet war die Leberwurst alle. Meine beiden Kinder mögen beide Leberwurst, also fragte ich freundlich beim Service nach, ob sie noch Leberwurst für uns hätten. Die Antwort: „Erst wenn die andere Wurst alle ist, gibt es wieder Leberwurst. Die andere Wurst müsste schließlich auch gegessen werden.“ Ja, aber meine Kinder mögen die andere Wurst nicht. „Egal, sie müssen warten bis die andere Wurst alle ist, vorher gibt es keine Leberwurst, dass ist hier so vorgeschrieben.“

Schönes kleines Hotel
Schönes kleines Hotel etwas außerhalb der Stadt, aber trotzdem noch in der Nähe. Zimmer sind klein, aber ausreichend. Frühstücksbuffet ist auch eher klein. Aber es ist trotzdem ein sehr schönes Hotel.

Für ein Wochenende super geeignet
Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen, ja es ist etwas lauter, da es an einer großen Straße und neben einer Straßenbahnstrecke liegt, aber das war ok. Der Service war einwandfrei, alle waren nett. Das Frühstück war klein, aber es war von allem etwas da.

Unkompliziert und angemessen
Die Buchung (drei Tage vorher) war unkompliziert, die nachfolgenden Informationen (Erreichbarkeit, Leistungen, Leitbild) klar und ausreichend, das Ein- und Aus-Checken sehr freundlich & rasch, das Zimmer sauber, leise und dem Preis angemessen.

Leider kein schönes Hotel
Das Hotel hat uns nicht gefallen, wir werden es nicht wieder buchen! Rezeption hinter Glas!! Es fehlt eine Bar und ein gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum. Ausstattung und Größe des Frühstücksraums unzureichend. Insgesamt zu trist und zu ungemütlich. Zimmer viel zu klein, keine Ablagen, Regale; Keine Gläser vorhanden, lediglich Pappbecher. Zu lange Wartezeit um frühstücken zu können. Räumlichkeiten unzureichend, Tischanzahl zu gering, alles zu eng. Frühstücksangebot verbesserungswürdig.

From the south via the A19: Take exit 6 Rostock-Ost towards Rostock-Ost and drive on Röverhager Chaussee, turn right onto Gaffelschonerweg, the hotel is 130 m on the right-hand side.
Alternatively via the A20: Motorway exit 15 Rostock-Südstadt towards Rostock on the L132, continue on Nobelstrasse, turn right onto Südring, right onto August-Bebel-Strasse, left onto Gerbergang/Warnowstrasse, continue on Gaffelschonerweg, the hotel is on the right. At the B&B Hotel Rostock-Hafen there are 41 private parking spaces (subject to availability, subject to a charge).
Bus / train: From the main train station, take the S-Bahn line 2 from the main station in the direction of Kurt-Schumacher-Ring or the S-Bahn line 3 from Leibnitzplatz in the direction of Dierkower Allee to Rostock Stadthafen, from there it is a 2-minute walk to the hotel.

City tax
Spa Tax Rostock
As of September 1st 2023, the City of Rostock is charging a Spa Tax for all overnight guests.
This taxs applies for all accommodated guests that are older than 14 years and stay in Rostock. The tax is €3.70 per person and day.
For children between 6-14 years and disabled persons with a GdB of at least 50 a reduced Spa Tax of €1.45 per person and day applies.
Exempted from payment are children up to 5 years and disabled people with GdB of at least 80. Persons accompanying disblabed persons with a GdB of 100, are exempted from the Spa Tax as well.
For all overnight guests arrival and departure day are counted as two separate days. It needs to be paid on site on the arrival day.
