Selten so bequem, gut und ruhig geschlafen.

Sehr bequeme Betten und trotz des Verkehrs vorne raus, keine Lärmbelästigung. Größe des Zimmers ausreichend. Toilettenpapier könnte komfortabler sein. Frühstück war gut und der Kaffee lecker. Top ist die zentrale Lage und die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage

Grundsätzlich alles okay

Wir kommen gerne in B&B Hotels aber das in Neu-Ulm kann sich sicher noch ein bisschen von einer besseren Seite zeigen. Die Lage ist toll, wenn man zügig am Stadion in Ulm sein möchte und ein wenig an Gastronomie im Umfeld haben möchte ohne das Auto zu benutzen. Zimmer war in Ordnung, Fenster sind zu öffnen, Klimaanlage vorhanden und gut, aber es war leider nicht 100% sauber. Das Bad ist reparaturbedürftig gewesen aber trotzdem funktionell. Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend, leider war der Frühstücksraum sehr dreckig. Etwas mehr Freundlichkeit seitens der Mitarbeiter wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Kaffeeautomat defekt, Check in Automaten defekt, Telefonanlage defekt. Vielleicht kam an diesem Wochenende einfach alles zusammen?! Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt okay und vielleicht ist es das nächste Mal ja besser?!

Directions to the Hotel Neu Ulm

Via the A8: Take exit 62 Ulm-West, then the B10/B28 in the direction Ulm/Friedrichshafen. After 8km, take the exit in the direction of Neu-Ulm. Bear left towards the inner-city ring Follow Turmstraße until you get to Memminger Str. Now turn right. Your B&B is on the right hand side.
