What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Un séjour qui ne laisse pas un bon souvenir

- Check-in : nous n'avons jamais reçu le code, nous avons donc dû attendre à l'accueil à notre arrivée (heure d'affluence). La responsable nous a confirmé que ce bug arrivait régulièrement. - Litterie individuelle : matelas étroits et relativement durs à notre goût. - Ménage : moyen, les sols n'ont pas été faits correctement. - Salle-de-bain : notre pommeau de douche fuyait la nuit, et il n'y aucune isolation sonore (même un murmure est entendu). - Parking : le soir il ne restait plus de place. Les gens devaient donc se mettre sur les places réservées aux voitures électriques et personnes handicapés. Mais ce qui nous le plus dérangé : - l'accueil durant notre séjour d'une nuit : Durant la matinée nous avons été dérangé à 4 reprises dans notre chambre. La première fois assez tôt pour le ménage, nous dormions, la personne est rentrée. La seconde pour savoir si j'allais prendre mon petit-déjeuner (qui était réservé et payé à l'avance!). J'ai bien sûr confirmé et ensuite placé la pancarte ''ne pas déranger'' pour laisser dormir mon ami, et malgré cela encore à 2 reprises une personne est venue pour le ménage et pour savoir quand nous partions... - Petit-déjeuner : je suis arrivée à 9h15-9h20, l'heure de fin était 10h, j'avais donc normalement encore le temps calmement de le prendre, mais ils remettaient déjà les chaises sur les tables !! A 9h45, et sans même me demander s'il ne me fallait plus rien, les pains,..., étaient retirés et tout était entrain d'être rangé. Dès le petit matin nous avons fortement ressenti la pression de devoir partir. Prendre notre temps tout en respectant les heures n'était donc pas possible. Nous apprécions B&B Hotels de manière générale, mais ce séjour dans cet hôtel ne nous a pas plu.
