Affordable accommodation in the heart of the beautiful city of Frankfurt am Main

 

The finance and conference centre of Frankfurt is not just worth visiting for businesspeople or conference delegates. The city also has a lot to offer for holidaymakers. Be it a shopping trip through Frankfurt City, a visit to an event such as the annual festival on the Museumsufer or a hike up the Feldberg in the Taunus. Due to the central location of the B&B Hotel Frankfurt-Hbf near the main train station, regions in and around the metropolis can be easily reached.

Location

The main train station is about 350m away and can be reached in about 5 minutes by foot, the Frankfurt Messe trade fair is 700m away, about a 10-minute walk. B&B Hotel Frankfurt-Hbf is right beside the ‘Platz der Republik’ tram stop. From here you can reach Frankfurt’s inner city (Hauptwache square) in just 11 minutes by public transport. Here you will find numerous sights, such as the Römer, the Mainufer or the Goethe House and also one or the other restaurant. There are reasonably priced public parking spaces available nearby.

Facilities

Among the 164 rooms available at the B&B Hotel Frankfurt-Hbf, you can choose between single rooms, doubles for one or two people, twins and family rooms. Our room facilities include adjustable air conditioning and soundproof windows in every room. A desk, as well as a flat-screen TV, are also provided in each room. Our tiled bathrooms include a wash basin, shower, hair dryer and toilet.

Korrekte Daten sind egal

Zimmer war i.O., also den Erwartungen entsprechend. Das Hotel hat aber alte Kontaktdaten und eine alte Rechnungsanschrift genutzt, obwohl das zugehörige Konto gelöscht ist. Wozu gebe ich bei der Buchung Rechnungsanschrift und eine E-Mail-Adresse an, wenn dann irgendeine andere verwendet wird? Das habe ich dem Hotel am Tag nach der Übernachtung geschrieben. Bis heute habe ich keine Reaktion erhalten.

Wir verstehen, wie frustrierend das sein kann, und möchten uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen. Ihre Anmerkung ist wichtig für uns, und wir werden sicherstellen, dass solche Dinge in Zukunft besser gehandhabt werden. Wir haben den Vorgang geprüft und uns in einer gesonderten Mail mit Ihnen in Verbindung gesetzt, da wir in natürlich auch persönlich versichern möchten, dass uns weder unsere Gäste, noch die Daten der Gäste egal sind. Ohne unsere Gäste wären wir schließlich kein Hotel mehr. Vom Eingang ihrer Korrektur-Anfrage per Mail bis zu unseren Reaktion darauf sind 72 Stunden vergangen. Das ist nicht die Regel und klingt auch nach einer langen Wartezeit, kann aber hin und wieder vorkommen. Da wir keine Roboter oder KI-gechipte Wesen sind, sondern Menschen, können wir nur im Rahmen unserer menschlichen Möglichkeiten die Arbeit auch bei hohem Aufkommen so abarbeiten, wie sie eben reinkommt. Ehrlicherweise muss das eine vielleicht auch priorisiert werden und das andere einen Moment liegen bleiben. Wir hoffen, die die Korrekturen, welche wir vorgenommen haben, nun zu Ihrer vollsten Zufriedenheit sind und stehen für Rückfragen gern und jederzeit zur Verfügung. Great hotel near Frankfurt Central Station

The hotel was very neat and clean. There is self check-in possible and it was very smooth. The breakfast was also decent.

Es wäre toll gewesen, hätten wir früher davon erfahren, um eine solche Bewertung zu vermeiden und dich wieder ein bisschen positiv gestimmter zu machen in Bezug auf unser Hotel. Wir werden diesen Vorgang in jedem Fall intern prüfen, denn wie eingangs erwähnt, hast du völlig recht. Bei den B&B Hotels ist Rührei grundsätzlich kein Standard, dafür gibt es jedoch gekochte Eier als Alternative. Kassel/Basel A5: From Westkreuz Frankfurt (exit 19) continue on the A648 direction Stadtmitte. Continue along Theodor-Heuss-Allee (B44/B8). Turn right onto Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage (B44). Turn right again onto Mainzer Landstraße.

Directions with public transport: The hotel is located 350m from the train station and can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. From Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof take tram 11 (direction Zuckerwerdtstraße), 16 (direction Ginnheim) or 21 (direction Mönchhofstraße) and get off at the ‘Platz der Republik’ stop (journey lasts approx. 2 minutes). Then walk approx. 70m.
