Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Un peu cher pour un hôtel excentré et petit déjeuner à éviter

Un peu cher pour un hôtel excentré qui ne propose aucun autre service que l'accueil et le petit déjeuner. Personnel d'accueil très sympathique rien à dire Par contre, évitez de prendre votre petit déjeuner si vous êtes pressés ou si vous compter manger autre chose que des viennoiserie basiques. Peu de choix pour le prix et surtout une dizaine de tables pour tout un hôtel donc beaucoup trop petite salle qui nous a obligés à attendre près de 30 minutes avant de pouvoir s'asseoir et accéder au buffet. Point positif, il y a un buffalo grill à deux pas mais ils sont souvent débordés ou désorganisés car nombreux clients ont attendu comme nous 1 h 30 avant de pouvoir avoir un plat mais qui ne correspondait pas à la commande faute de provisions nécessaires. Bref, avis très mitigés pour cet hôtel. Heureusement le personnel est sympathique.

Bon rapport qualité prix, personnel très agréable et serviable

Nous venons tous les ans pour les marchés de Noël, toujours un bon accueil, le petit présent de pain d'épices agréable, bon échange avec le personnel, donne des conseils et astuces pour le séjour, les marchés,clés restaurants. Avons déjà prévu de revenir l'an prochain.
