Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt aufgrund von Kälte im Zimmer, Hygienemängeln und schlechtem Frühstück

Leider war mein Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Bei Ankunft im Winter (Minusgrade) stand das Fenster offen, sodass das Zimmer eiskalt war. Es hat trotz Klimaanlage 5 Stunden gedauert, bis eine halbwegs angenehme Temperatur erreicht war. Zudem fehlte das gebuchte Gratis-Wasser. Auch Sauberkeit und Angebot ließen zu wünschen übrig: Es gab Schimmel in der Dusche und das beworbene Pizza-Angebot wurde eingestellt, obwohl es noch auf der Seite steht. Das Frühstück war sein Geld nicht wert – sehr dürftige Auswahl, keine Eier mit Speck und die Backwaren waren trocken. Keine Weiterempfehlung.

Travelling to B&B HOTEL Berlin-Alexanderplatz

Via the A24: Travel to the motorway junction 35-Dreieck Pankow on the A114, and continue on the B109 towards Berlin-Zentrum. Follow Prenzlauer Allee for around 8km and then turn left into Mollstraße. At the end of this street, turn right into Otto-Braun-Straße and follow it for 800 metres before turning left into Molkenmarkt. Continue on Stralauer Str. for 300m until you reach Littenstraße on your left. After a further 150m your destination will be on the right.
