What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

B&B kann es an anderen Orten besser

Beim Eintreffen um 16:15 war das Zimmer nicht bereit. (Bezug wäre ab 14:00 möglich gewesen) Eine Mitarbeiterin war im Zimmer lautstark am telefonieren. Nachdem wir uns bemerkbar gemacht haben, hat sie das Zimmer bis um 17:05 fertig gereinigt. Der Wandspiegel hatte einen Sprung. Lüftungsblende am Fenster fehlte. Zuviele Tische und Stühle im Frühstücksraum die unordentlich standen. Gäste mit Hund im Frühstücksraum. Der Mitarbeiter an der Reception hat es geduldet.
