Unser mehrtägiger Aufenthalt im B&B Hotel war rundrum super. Tolle Lage im Zentrum, sehr ruhiges, großzügiges Zimmer, sehr gute Betten/Matratzen, alles picobello sauber und gepflegt. Buchung und online check-in waren einfach, übersichtlich und selbsterklärend. Check-in hat prima funktioniert. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis : prima!!

The experience was horrible. booked two nights. We arrived late to find no human in the reception. Only a stupid machine that does not recognise the check in number given. Luckily they have a phone next to the machine with "emergency phone" written on it and a number. We thought it must be with some remote reception to help in the check in. we called and asked for help IN THE CHECK IN and 15 mins later the national police arrived. it turns out the phone given is call the police. The police were nice. They tried to help by entering the check in number themselves in the machine. they left. My girlfriend slept on the sofa and i spent two hours calling the real help number until they replied and gave us the divine code that allowed us to check in. Then they sent us an access code to access our room. The next day we came back and guess what the code does not work anymore and we are stuck outside again. I like the idea of automating the check in if you have a system that actually works. if your system does not work it becomes a real nightmare.

Die B&B Hotels sind immer eine gute Anlaufstelle für Städtetrips, das Personal immer freundlich und die Zimmer ordentlich und gepflegt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend und das Frühstück punktet auch mit veganen Alternativen.

Unser Zimmer war in Ordnung, alles war sauber und funktionierte. Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählt, weil es in der Nähe des Prüfungszentrums lag, in dem mein Partner seine Prüfung abgelegt hat. Er war nervös und konnte am Morgen nicht viel essen. Ich wollte zwei Äpfel und zwei Joghurts für uns mitnehmen, die er später nach der Prüfung essen konnte. Aber der Mann hat uns gestoppt und uns nicht erlaubt, Essen mitzunehmen. Er hat es nicht besonders delikat gemacht, als ob ich sein Handy geklaut hätte. Und als ich später kam, um Kaffee zu trinken, hat er mich die ganze Zeit angestarrt, als ob ich etwas klauen wollte. Ich finde, es ist nicht höflich, und die Regel, dass man nichts mitnehmen kann, ist sehr blöd. Falls Sie z. B. sehr früh aufstehen müssen und denken, dass Sie das Frühstück mitnehmen könnten, ist das nicht möglich. Kaufen Sie es lieber später bei ihnen mit To Good To Go, weil sie Reste verkaufen.
