B&B HOTEL Alicante Centro
Camera e bagno piccoli ma comodi e dotati di tutto l’essenziale. Molto buona la qualità dei prodotti per la colazione. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la disponibilità di succhi di frutta e acqua gratis h24 perché con il caldo estremo sono indispensabili e la posizione ottima per la vicinanza sia alla stazione dei treni che alla fermata del bus per l’aeroporto. Note negative: la toilette della hall/sala colazione (porta rotta in quella delle donne e non si può gettare carta igienica nel wc!), la poca cortesia della receptionist al nostro arrivo (non so come si chiama… le altre erano più cordiali e sorridenti ma comunque tutte sbrigative e, forse, troppo giovani).

Desideriamo anche scusarci per i disagi riscontrati durante il suo soggiorno. Ci dispiace che la toilette della hall/sala colazione non abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative. La segnalazione riguardo la porta rotta è stata presa in considerazione e verrà gestita nei tempi e modi appropriati. Per quanto riguarda la politica di non gettare carta igienica nel WC, essa è stata adottata per garantire una corretta manutenzione degli impianti. In merito alla cortesia della receptionist al suo arrivo, ci dispiace che non abbia ricevuto il benvenuto caloroso che ci impegniamo a offrire a tutti i nostri ospiti. La sua osservazione sarà condivisa con il team, affinché possiamo migliorare e garantire un servizio sempre più attento e professionale. Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue excelente de principio a fin. Todo estuvo muy bien: la habitación, la limpieza, las instalaciones, el desayuno y la ubicación. Todo estaba cuidado y en perfectas condiciones.
